Our mechanical impurity tester is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 511-2010 ‘Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum and Petroleum Products and Additives’. This advanced instrument is suitable for determining the content of mechanical impurities in various hydrocarbons, heavy oils, lubricating oils, and additives. It finds broad applications in industries such as power generation, petroleum, chemical engineering, commodity inspection, and scientific research.
Featuring a built-in oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump and a metal-bath constant-temperature funnel, the JX600 integrates all functions within a single main unit — eliminating the need for external vacuum pumps or water baths, making it highly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
