Features:

1. Our distillation analyzer consists of a distillation flask heating furnace, a heating power regulator, a receiver and its air bath temperature control system, a vacuum system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a lighting system, a heating furnace cooling device, and other parts.

2. A high-precision digital vacuum pressure gauge is used to replace the U-tube pressure gauge to display the residual pressure value of the vacuum system in digital form, eliminating the need for mercury filling, and the reading is intuitive and convenient.

3. The high-precision digital vacuum pressure gauge has two display units, which can be switched between mmHg and kPa units by pressing a button.

4. A high-quality vacuum pump is used, and the vacuum extraction is fast, which meets the requirements of the SH/TO165-92 "High Vacuum Distillation Determination Method for Petroleum Products in the High Boiling Point Range" test and ASTM D86 standard.

5. This distillation analyzer adopts a quartz tube electric heating furnace which is durable, has a long life, and the heating power is continuously adjustable and easy to use.

6. The air bath is constant temperature and equipped with a lighting lamp, which makes it easy to observe the distilled product and accurate reading.
