Description:
Our Air Release Value Analyzer is designed to accurately determine the air release properties of petroleum-based oils in accordance with ASTM D3427 and ISO 9120 standards. This is essential for applications where air entrainment can lead to performance degradation, such as in turbine oils, hydraulic fluids, and gear lubricants.
Key Features:
1.Applicable to SH/T0308-92 method requirements.
2.Our hydraulic oil air release value test kit adopts high-performance microprocessing and fuzzy temperature control technology to control the temperature of air (outlet), sample, and density meter (25, 50, 75℃).
3.Overcome the experimental result deviation problem caused by inconsistent temperature of air, sample, and density meter of similar products.
4.Built-in voltage stabilizer, flow stabilizer, and gas source, stable outlet pressure, no external gas source required.
5.This air realease test kit uses quick connector to connect pipeline, convenient, simple.
6.Water bath is equipped with water shortage and overheating protection.
7.This oil test kit adopts gas heating device, the outlet temperature reaches the set value instantly.
8.The test kit uses large-screen LCD capacitive touch screen, true color, clear.
9.Display the experimental process flow chart, intuitive and easy to understand.

Why Air Release Value Matters:
Air trapped in oils can cause:
Poor lubricating performance
Inaccurate hydraulic response
Increased oxidation and foaming
This analyzer simulates air entrainment under controlled conditions, measuring the time it takes for air to escape from the oil—a key parameter in fluid performance.
