Description:
This instrument complies with ASTM D130, GB / T5096, applicable to test the corrosion degree of aviation gasoline, jet fuel, motor gasoline, kerosene, diesel, natural gasoline, lubricants and other petroleum products to copper strip. It adopts fuzzy control principle, expert PID automatic-adjusting technique and modularization maintenance-free structure, with stable and reliable control performance. User only need to set control point temperature, then it will automatically achieve fixed point temperature control.
Features:
1. A and B valves are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, with a pressure resistance of 7.0Mpa.
2. The cylinder is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, with double sealing of O-ring and copper pad, and the capacity is about 160 ml.
3. The water bath is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and can hold two test cylinders at the same time.
4. An electric heater and an electric stirring device are installed in the bath, and the temperature is automatically controlled by the temperature controller to meet the test temperature of 40±0.5℃. Two test cylinders can be placed at a time.
5. The temperature control and timing device adopts automatic control, digital display, sensitive response, accurate temperature control, and time setting 0~999 minutes.
6. The agitator consists of a motor, a stirring shaft, and blades, with low noise and high efficiency.
