MT-AJT Series Fully Automatic Solar Cell Laser Scribing Machine
The Fully Automatic Solar Cell Laser Scribing Machine is a high-precision laser processing system designed specifically for photovoltaic (PV) cell manufacturing. It performs accurate scribing on crystalline silicon solar cells, ensuring clean, burr-free lines with micron-level repeatability. By integrating a vision positioning system, fiber laser source, and fully automated feeding and control systems, this equipment greatly enhances productivity and stability during the cell processing stage.
Our fully automatic solar cell laser scribing machine is suitable for scribing and slicing of 1/2 monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon solar cells, it can complete functions such as automatic loading, automatic positioning and scribing, automatic slicing, and automatic packing of small pieces.
